If you've ever dreamed of living in a place where luxury meets nature, where neighbors still wave hello, and where every trail leads to a new view—Castle Pines might just be your match made in Colorado heaven.

I spent the day filming a little neighborhood tour with my videographer to give you a feel for the three core areas that make up Castle Pines. While there are more than 20 sub-neighborhoods here, these three are the pillars: The Canyons, Castle Pines North, and The Village at Castle Pines. Each has its own vibe—and honestly, it's hard to choose a favorite.

First Stop: The Canyons

From paired homes and ranch-style retreats and luxury showstoppers by builders like Shea and Infinity, The Canyons offers something for every stage of life. It’s beautifully modern without losing the warmth that makes a neighborhood feel like home.

Next Up: Castle Pines North

From The Canyons, we crossed over I-25 and entered Castle Pines North via Castle Pines Parkway and Monarch Blvd. This area is a blend of gated and non-gated communities with charming names like Amber Ridge, Buffalo Ridge, Esperanza, and Forest Park.

What I love about Castle Pines North is the variety—it has mature trees, winding streets, and homes that feel “lived-in” in the best way. It’s not cookie-cutter. You’ve got big lots in Romar West, tucked-away spots like Ventana, and the truly forested hideaway that is Forest Park.

We took a scenic drive along Forest Ridge Circle—if you love towering trees and a bit of mountain-town vibe, this is your spot. Then we looped around Oxford Dr and Lagae Rd to make our way to our final destination.

Final Destination: The Village at Castle Pines

We rolled through the gates of The Village at Castle Pines, and let me tell you—this neighborhood delivers. It's one of Colorado’s premier gated communities, with 24/7 security, homes from $900k to over $10M, and amenities galore.

Inside The Village, we toured the tree-lined streets, caught glimpses of the Country Club, and explored opportunities for both new construction and custom homesites. Builders like Trumark are still offering new options at The Summit, and for those dreaming of designing from the ground up—there are still custom lots available.

This community blends luxury and lifestyle in a way few neighborhoods can. It’s private, it’s elevated (literally and figuratively), and it feels like a little escape just 20 minutes from the Tech Center.
